We have a very nice and spacious tourist house for you, located in the centre of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. It is located on the seafront, close to the municipal market and the seafront promenade.
This three-storey house, recently refurbished and very well kept, reminds us both for its privileged location, a few metres from the beach, and for its distribution, in the old fishermen's houses. The house is divided as follows:
On the ground floor, we find a small reception with a small living room, on the side a double bedroom type suite as it contains its private bathroom with bathtub. Ideal for elderly people so they can avoid the use of stairs.
On the first floor, there are the other two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds forming a double bed. They are very spacious. Right next to them you will find another bathroom with bathtub.
There is also the dining room - living room with sofas and TV, and in the winter time a real fireplace which can be used. Here you will also find a large kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay.
On the same floor there is a private terrace with its table and chairs to enjoy a good meal or aperitif outdoors while enjoying the good weather, with the possibility of barbecues!
And in the attic - you will enjoy a pleasant sensation as the top floor terrace is a viewpoint towards the beautiful sea in front of you, where you can enjoy exceptional views of the bay of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, we would like to point out that there are hammocks at your disposal to place them as you wish!
We need to inform you that the flat has no parking, so we recommend you to park before because the house is located on a steep slope, where you can not park.
